Story & Peter’s Role

A man blind from an early age undergoes a new medical procedure to restore his vision which is successful and he begins to get messages from an alien who is trapped on earth. [IMDB]

Peter plays Dwight Bordon, the man from the pharmaceutical company working for the national security related matters. They do experiments a new medical procedure using a special drug only can be manufactured in zero gravity of the outer space. The drug was originally developed for strokes 8 years ago, but it works for making “a non-visible life form” visible. Dwight Bordon calls the lead character Patrick Tarloff “the human receiver” of the sign of a non-visible life form, and tries to use him to catch the alien. Peter’s role isn’t so bad, but he seems to be an ambitious and a bit arrogant businessman.

幼少時に盲目になった男が新しい治療法を試して視力を取り戻す。しかし、それ以来彼の目には謎の女性の姿が見えるようになった。それは地球に取り残された異星人であり、治療に使用された薬物が男に異星人からのメッセージを受信する能力を与えていたのだ。

ピーターが演じたドワイト・ボードンは製薬企業の社員で、国防政策にも協力。8年前に脳卒中用に開発された医薬品が「目に見えない生命体」を可視化することを知り、実験に使用。ドワイトは野心的で傲慢なビジネスマンに見えます。主人公は異星人の女性を愛してしまい、彼女を逃すために薬のバイアルを破壊、盲目に戻ることに。
